For your protection we require everybody paying with a credit card to send us the credit card authorization form. The form can be downloaded from the link below.
Please feel all the items on the form and either fax to us at 718-668-1189 or
e-mail to sales@RussianTravelAuthority.com
Please also enclose a good copy of front and back of the credit card as well as a copy of your driver’s license or passport.
We understand that it is not very convenient – however it protects all of us against credit card fraud. |
