| Why can’t I find the rates on your site? |
| We pay to our suppliers in foreign currency and do not hedge the exchange rate to keep our prices as low as possible. Since the currency exchange rates fluctuate all the time – so do the prices. You can contact us any time by phone or e-mail to receive the current low quote. |
What are the acceptable forms of payment? |
| We accept personal and business checks, money orders as well as all major credit cards. For credit card payments a nominal convenience charge is assessed – except for the airline tickets. |
I am concerned about the fact that I have to submit my original passport in order to get a visa. Is it safe? |
| We hand deliver and pick-up all the documents to/from the respective consulates. |
How do I receive my travel documents? |
| The majority of the travel documents including airlines tickets and service vouchers are issued in the electronic form and can be e-mailed. Some of the tickets still have to be issued in paper form and will be mailed via United States Postal Service Priority Mail at no cost to you. In some urgent cases the documents will have to be sent via FedEx – with your consent and at your expense. Everything that we mail can be tracked online. |
How soon will my arrangements be confirmed? |
| We maintain allotments in many hotels and the majority of requests for accommodations will be confirmed instantaneously. We will confirm airline reservations immediately as well. In all other cases (including group reservations) it usually takes from 24 to 48 hours to confirm. |
Do you work with travel agents? |
| The majority of our business comes from travel agents. Please refer to “Information for Travel Agents” page. |
Do I pay more if I book through my usual travel agent? |
| We encourage you to book through your professional travel agents and do not charge anything extra for doing so. |
Will I be penalized if I cancel my already paid reservation? |
| Cancellation penalties are the fact of life. Airlines and all other travel suppliers impose penalties. You can check our cancellation policy on the “Terms and Conditions” page. |
I will be visiting some of the Russian and Ukrainian seaports on a cruise ship. Can you arrange some tours for me? |
| We arrange shore tours for cruise passengers all the time. You can book exactly the same tour as offered by a cruise company or a custom one. In both cased you will be pleasantly surprised with your savings. |
Do you work with business travelers? |
| We have many corporate accounts and handle plenty of business travel. In addition to regular travel arrangements for business people we can provide services of professional interpreters, secretarial services and assist your company with logistics and participation in trade shows and exhibitions held in the former USSR. |
My college is planning to send a group of students to the former Soviet Union. Can you be of service? |
| We book our fare share of student groups and try to do it as economically as possible. Send us your requirements and we will work on a quotation for your group. |
