We have been successfully cooperating with the US travel community for over 20 years. Most of our business is done through travel agencies.
We do not compete with travel agencies and do not discount our services to direct clients.
Most of our services with exception of consolidated airfares and visa processing are commissionable to travel agents at 12%.
Here are some of our strong points (from travel agent’s point of view):- We know our product (after all, we have created it)
- We know the destinations (after all, we are from there)
- We answer your e-mails religiously (hard to find quality)
- We have hotel room allotments (very helpful!)
- We offer competitive rates (fact!)
- We provide fast confirmations (fact!)
- Short notice bookings are OK with us (we are ready to book even for tomorrow)
- Small booking are OK with us (one visa processing or just one transfer or one hotel night is fine – every little bit helps)
- Large bookings are definitely OK with us (especially very large ones)
- We book FITs and ad hoc groups (that’s what we do)
- We book low cost student groups (we do it too)
- We are friendly (very!)
- We are knowledgeable (very!)
- We try to be helpful (very!)
